Watch for Double-Cross in October, 2009!

James David Jordan is hard at work on his next book, a sequel to Forsaken. With the working title Double-Cross, the book will be a mystery thriller with a Christian theme, and will introduce a fascinatingly quirky new character, Taylor Pasbury’s long-missing mother, Hillary.

Not every loose end involving Simon Mason’s past was tied up at the end of Forsaken. That leaves plenty of investigative work for Taylor and her mother as they encounter danger and intrigue related to a “suicide” that simply doesn’t add up.

In addition to being an action-packed page-turner, Double-Cross will explore several matters of faith, including the issue of how we Christians deal with close friends and relatives who disappoint us. The expected release date for Double-Cross is October 1, 2009.
